Having started his career with culinary studies at EHTM between 1987 and 1989, he has traversed some of Madeira's most iconic hotels, progressing from intern to head chef. He is a devoted and imaginative cook, consistently intrigued by the evolution of new culinary techniques and trends. The kitchen is where his passion truly flourishes.
Bringing a wealth of experience in team leadership, he effectively balances precision, humility, and generosity. He consistently fosters a team-oriented environment, which is pivotal for advancement and ensuring contented customers.
He wholeheartedly embraced our project from day one; it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Laranjinha has become his second home.
