Having started his career with culinary studies at EHTM between 1987 and 1989, he has traversed some of Madeira's most iconic hotels, progressing from intern to head chef. He is a devoted and imaginative cook, consistently intrigued by the evolution of new culinary techniques and trends. The kitchen is where his passion truly flourishes. Bringing a wealth of experience in team leadership, he effectively balances precision, humility, and generosity. He consistently fosters a team-oriented environment, which is pivotal for advancement and ensuring contented customers. He wholeheartedly embraced our project from day one; it wouldn't be an exaggeration to say that Laranjinha has become his second home.

With over 20 years of experience in the field, he masters the art of hospitality. He knows exactly how to make the customer feel at home, always professional and friendly at the same time. He enjoys taking care of every detail of the restaurant and getting involved in our project.
