Grill Concept

The star of our grill is the meat. Our fresh and aged meats are carefully selected and treated to provide an exceptional experience. The maturation process takes place in our own aging fridge (Dry Ager), which rigorously controls temperature and humidity. This allows natural enzymatic and biochemical processes to enhance the organoleptic complexity, flavor, and texture of the meat.
Finally, the meat is grilled to perfection over an open flame at its various levels of doneness... a true delight for meat enthusiasts!

Bar concept

Designed in a vibrant and relaxed space, our bar is the perfect setting to unwind and indulge in a wide selection of wines from our cellar, spirits, cocktails, and craft beers. Additionally, in this space, we offer a simple menu dedicated to our snacks and homemade burgers made with a blend of fresh and aged meat.
